These Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SMS/text messaging services provided by the Islamic Center of Aubrey (“ICA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to receive text messages from ICA, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

ICA sends SMS messages to subscribers who have opted in. Messages may include:

• Event announcements and reminders
• Prayer time updates
• Community programs and class notifications
• Fundraising messages
• Emergency or urgent community alerts

Message frequency varies based on community activity and your level of engagement.

2. Opt‑In

You may opt in to receive ICA text messages through any of the following methods:

• Submitting your phone number on www.aubreymasjid.org
• Texting a keyword (e.g., JOIN) to ICA’s phone number
• Signing up at the masjid or during events
• Registering for programs or volunteer activities and consenting to SMS updates

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

3. Opt‑Out

You may opt out at any time:

• Text STOP to end all ICA SMS messages
• After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message

If you wish to rejoin later, simply opt in again through any available method.
